Send an email with your queries to c-device @ c-device-europe.com including the name and model of the product and a clear description of the problem.
The following rules apply to returns:
- The customer should apply for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) with our support department. This can be done by mail, email and/or by telephone on working days from 9:00 a.m.- to 5:00 p.m.
- The products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
If the packaging is damaged, a cancellation fee can be charged of 10-30% after assessment.
- The return shipment must be adequately stamped.
- A written complaint description and a copy of the invoice must be included in the return shipment.
- Full name, address and bank account details must be provided.
Without RMA number return shipments cannot be accepted.
If a return shipment does not comply with the above rules, we shall charge a handling and administrative fee of EUR 20.00.
(Translation) software of which the packaging was opened cannot be returned. |
